![]() ![]() I have to say that the adjustor tried to do what she could for us. Therefore we went from having our lawn replaced to "go scratch". They did not offer any help whatsoever even though their own adjustor agreed that the damage to my lawn was consistent with what they were seeing from the 2015 product. The adjustor questioned us for 1/2 hour and determined that everything was done right. They said they didn't have problems with this product before 2015.however, this page proves that statement wrong. Two days later we got a call saying that they thought it was the recalled weed and feed of 2015 and took back the offer. I contacted Scotts and they sent an adjustor out who verified the damage and we were sent a release form along with an estimate for us to replace the lawn.
